As CEO, he sets the standard for accountability on every project RV Sinkler delivers, staying closely connected to the federal energy market through his ongoing role as Government Liaison for Aegis Energy Services.

Titus Simmons

Titus brings 25 years of accounting, auditing, and risk management experience to RV Sinkler, built through nearly three decades at the FDIC, where he rose to Assistant Director of Internal Control and Review, and most recently served as a Group Audit Project Manager at Microsoft Corporation. A CPA, Certified Internal Auditor, and Certified Global Management Accountant, he applies that same rigor to every RV Sinkler project, ensuring the fiscal discipline and contract compliance government and commercial clients require.

Jazen Brown

Jazen built his operations expertise from the ground up, founding and scaling a logistics and delivery services company from under $1M to over $5M in net profit while growing a 120-person team and a fleet from 10 to 70+ vehicles. He brought that same operational discipline to a multi-site franchise business, turning underperforming locations into a $3.4M operation. A mechanical engineer by training with an MBA in Information Systems and an Army veteran, Jazen now directs the logistics, resource allocation, and field coordination that keep every RV Sinkler project on schedule and accountable.

Mike Carlson

Mike is the technical backbone behind every complex electrical and energy integration project RV Sinkler delivers. As a Master Electrician, he translates sophisticated engineering designs into electrical infrastructure that's safe, reliable, and built to perform, bridging the gap between what's on the drawing and what actually gets energized in the field.

Germal Daniel

Germal brings over 12 years of environmental health, safety, and facility management leadership to RV Sinkler, including regional EHS oversight across 12 Amazon fulfillment centers and safety leadership at GE Aviation, where he cut injury rates by 30% and saved over $2M in workers' compensation costs. A Certified Safety Professional and Lean Six Sigma Greenbelt with a B.S. and MBA in Environmental Engineering from the University of Maryland, Germal ensures every RV Sinkler project meets the highest standards of environmental responsibility, sustainability, and regulatory compliance.
